For this occasion, customers of various branches from all over Germany found their way to the facilities of cluetec, located in technology park in Karlsruhe. Stefanie Weber of the mQuest® service team mediated praxis relevant knowledge, valuable tricks and found time for individual questions and ideas of the participants after the Academy.
The beginner training focused on the implementation of simple questionnaires with the QuestEditor, the processing of results and the export of questionnaires. All participants are now capable to draw up their own mQuest®-questionnaires independently and efficiently. During the expert training the focus was put on new functions and expert tips to use mQuest® even better during daily work.
The mQuest®-Academy shows us every time, how widely the application fields and requirements of a modern survey-software are. Furhtermore it becomes clear, how easily but technically perfect data and processes in the field can be digitalized with mQuest®. Those precious insights in combination with direct customer feedback help us to improve mQuest® even more in the future.
